Complete KVPY Syllabus for 2021-22: SA, SB, and SX stream

The KVPY or the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana program was started by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, in 1999. It was done to encourage students to take up a research career in the science field. The program aims to encourage and motivate talented students to build their careers in the research field.

The students who clear this program are assisted and are given the best platform to get themselves groomed to carry out research and development work for the country. The KVPY students are given a contingency grant and generous fellowship until the pre PhD level or for 5 years, whichever is earlier.

The KVPY fellows can also attend summer camps in prestigious education and research institutes in the country.

If you are keen on pursuing research under the best talents of India, then this is the perfect platform for you. Here is a handy syllabus for you to use to begin the preparation for the aptitude test. The syllabus will include four subjects which are mathematics, physical, chemistry, and biology.

The latest KVPY syllabus is for three streams, namely SA, SB, and SX. The stream refers to the students’ class which could be 10th, 11th, 12th, or pursuing 1st year in B.Math, B.Sc, B.Stat, BS, MS, or Int.MSc
