Facade panels for the exterior decoration of the house
The exterior decoration of a house or cottage is an important stage in construction and repair. Recently, we often see the modern decoration on houses and cottages, it shows not only good taste, but also the high status of the owners of these houses. The decoration of the house is different types of cladding not only look beautiful and impressive, but also protect the walls of your house from the influence of harmful environmental factors. Almost all materials for the exterior decoration of the house have excellent sound insulation and thermal effect. The morning of building materials offers many options for cladding the exterior walls of the house, all materials have different types of characteristics and different prices. If it is a natural material, it will cost much more, and the price of artificial materials will be much lower, but this in no way means that the quality of artificial materials is worse than natural. Most often, when choosing the decoration of the external walls of the house, a person is oriented not on quality, as is primarily necessary, but on the external and beautiful type of decoration.
Facade panels under bricks
Finishing the facade with decorative bricks looks very impressive and shows a high level of your taste, but such a good pleasure requires a lot of expenses (more impressive than siding replacement). The fact is that the decorative brick itself is not a cheap material, and for its laying you will also need mortar and expenses for the work of a master for laying this brick. Recently, decorative bricks have been replaced by facade panels made under bricks, they are many times inferior to natural stone in price.
The difference between natural decorative brick and facade panels under the brick can be seen only up close, and in other respects, they are not inferior to natural material in terms of characteristics. Facade panels under bricks are divided into several types, namely a uniform structure and a combined structure. They differ from each other in that the panels with a combined structure also have a layer of insulation, while those with a uniform structure do not. Expanded polystyrene is often used as such insulation, it is a little colder than foam plastic, but still its thermal properties are enough to insulate a residential building. Facade panels with insulation are most often attached not to glue, like all others, but with the help of a hot connection, this connection is stronger than the connection using glue.
Facade panels with brick imitation will cost a little more than ordinary facade panels. Installation of facade panels with bricks is much easier and faster than laying the facade with decorative bricks. Such panels can be attached to the facade of the house regardless of weather conditions, the ambient temperature does not matter. These panels perfectly tolerate temperature changes and changing humidity. Decorative brick attracts moisture to itself and over time white plaque and cracks appear on it, facade panels do not have this problem, even after a long time they remain as new. A big advantage of facade panels under bricks is their weight, they are much lighter compared to decorative bricks. Before installing such panels, additional preparation of the walls is not required, and likewise if you install panels with insulation, you perform two operations at once, namely, you insulate the wall, as well as decorate it. Such panels can be used not only for facades of buildings but also for individual elements and installation of basement floors. Lattices made of metal profiles or wooden bars are used for installation on basement floors.
Facade panels under the stone
Finishing the facade with natural stone is very expensive and looks beautiful, but just like decorating with decorative bricks, it will require not small, but rather very large costs from you. Therefore, an excellent alternative to finishing under stone will be finishing with facade panels imitating natural stone. Such panels are similar in characteristics to panels under bricks, they also have a homogeneous and combined structure.
The combined structure consists of two layers, the first of which is a layer of insulation, and the second is made based on plastic and performs a decorating function. Facade panels imitating stone have several installation methods, the first of which is installed on metal cladding (pre-installed on the facade using metal profiles) and the second is installation on special glue for facade panels. Stone panels often have an irregular geometric shape, this is necessary so that the panels fully convey the appearance of natural stone and look more natural.
The price of facade panels for stone is quite affordable, but still, depending on the quality of the material from which the panel is made, the price will fluctuate. Also, the price may depend on the thickness of the panel and its color. Installation of such panels can be carried out in any weather conditions, they are resistant to direct ultraviolet rays and will not change their color after many years of operation. They are light in weight and easy to install, you can install such panels yourself without the help of specialists, as would be required when laying a facade with natural stone.
Clinker panels for the facade
The basis of clinker panels is clinker tile. Clinker tiles were originally invented for laying sidewalks and streets, but a few years ago people realized that such tiles perfectly retain heat, withstand temperature changes and are a very durable material. And then such tiles began to be used for building facades. Now, instead of clinker tiles, clinker panels are used, they are much easier and faster to mount.
Facade fiber cement panels
This is a panel made based on cement. Most of the composition of such a panel is ordinary plaster, as well as micro granules, which, depending on weather conditions, absorb or release excess moisture. These panels are covered with a protective layer on both sides. This material is very durable and will last you many years if used properly. Fiber cement panels are not picky about any weather conditions, they always remain stable both at high and low temperatures. Also, this facade cladding material is fireproof.
