Losing a spouse is something that we hope never to experience. It can be one of the hardest things that we ever have to live with, and it’s never easy. Losing a spouse is never easy, but it can be much harder if you are elderly and have spent most of your adult life with your partner. Give Yourself Time

Connect with Your Support Network
